As a Leo
It’s my duty
To lead when in a time of need
As I Leo, I must be strong
To save those from doing wrong

The fire in my soul
Will never die
It shall burn for all of eternity, in another’s body
After I die

All Leos, we never truly die
We pass along our fire to another
They use it
Each time it is passed, it gets bigger, stronger
The more fire, the more courage, the more of a fight for survival

It is my duty to protect those I love
Even if it means my life
I will protect my Pride from those trying to take it
Never will they take it
My kin will live, and grow

Do not underestimate me
I know my own strengths and weaknesses
I have my secrets like the rest
But I love as well
I know right from wrong, left from right

As a Leo, I have an anger that not many people can beat
Do not mess with me when I’m angry
I have been know to…
Bite people’s heads off

I love
I lead
I cry
I become angry
I feel hate
I can cower at the feet of a foe
I can be compassionate
And through it all
I am alive
I am Leo, hear me roar (it’s my job)

It's my entry for :devthezodiac-club:'s contest. It's about Leos. I am Leo. Hear me roar (It's my job). I realize it doesn't rhyme all the way through, but I like it all the same. I don't like rhyming, it scares me..

Wow! This is AWSOME!! I'm a Leo, although, I'm a follower, not a leader, I am weak, where others are strong, but I strive to be the best, like you put in this passage, but it will never be enough. My roar is a simple growl, and my opinions unvoiced. I am a leo, but I am not able to live up to my name...WOW I just made myself super depressed! Don't let the name fool you! I'm not all that emo...sometimes....anyways, really great job on this, its defiantly going on my favourites!
